All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Digital Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment, access is provided digitally via email, account login, or platform access.

You acknowledge that:

Delivery may occur immediately or shortly after purchase

Access to digital content constitutes delivery

Logging in, downloading, or accessing materials constitutes product use

3. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

You understand and agree that:

No income, results, or performance guarantees are made

Any examples, demonstrations, or references to results are illustrative only

Your outcomes depend on your own effort, experience, implementation, market conditions, and decisions

We do not promise sales, leads, income, or business success of any kind.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the following terms:

Subscription-Based Services

Full refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial subscription start

After 7 days, no refunds are available for sing purchases, monthly or recurring subscriptions

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are available only within 7 days of first access

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Access Revocation

If a refund or chargeback is issued or attempted:

Your access to all associated products, content, and services may be immediately revoked

Any future access may be denied

Abuse of the refund process may result in permanent account termination.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Prices are disclosed at checkout

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation timing

No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 3 months

You use all products and services at your own risk.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the services for illegal, abusive, or unethical purposes

Violate applicable laws or platform rules

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute arising from your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

Governing law and venue shall be determined by our principal place of business unless otherwise required by law.
